- 2 1/2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon parmesan

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the sauce
- 1 sweet pepper grilled, skinned and cooled
- natural yogurt
- salt pinch
- pepper pinch
In a bowl, mix the chicken breast with a yolk, ricotta, parmesan, parsley and chopped rosemary, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Mix all the ingredients with a spoon: if the dough is too compact, add the egg white as well.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° in static mode.
