1 – Jasmin tea with coconut, mango, pineapple and lime

Ingredients for 2 people :
2 tea bags jasmin
450 ml of water
50 ml of coconut water (optional)
1 lime
80 g of mango
80 g of pineapple
20 g of coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Start making jasmin tea: bring the water to a boil, turn off the heat and dip the tea bags, following the times indicated on the package (about 3-4 minutes).
Remove the tea bags, squeeze half a lime and pour the juice into the tea, cut the remaining lime into slices and dip it in, let it cool to room temperature.
When jasmin tea is cold, cut the coconut, pineapple and mango into small pieces, immerse them in tea and leave them to infuse, add coconut water, stir and refrigerate for a few hours, until the tea will be well frozen.
Serve cold tea with all the fruit.
2 – Green tea with cranberry juice, strawberries, cardamom

350 ml of water
2 green tea bags
150 ml of blueberry juice without sugar
30 g of blueberries
80 g of strawberries

Remove the tea bags, add the cardamom powder, stir and leave at room temperature until the tea has cooled.
When it’s cold, add the cranberry juice to the cardamom tea. Dip the strawberries previously cut into pieces and the blueberries, leave them to infuse, immediately put in the fridge for a few hours, until the tea is well frozen.
Serve cold tea with blueberry and cardamom juice with all the strawberries, blueberries and ice cubes.
3 – Black tea with red fruits and cinnamon

20 g of blackberries

20 g of cherries

1 liter of water
16/20 g of white tea
200 g of Vignola cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash cherries and hazel prival. Pour it into the water and light the fire.

Remove the tea and let it cool with the spices.

Ingredients for 6 people:
1 liter of water
12/16 g of Oolong tea
1 sweet walnut peach
10 g of ginger root
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the peach and cut it into cubes, removing the stone.
Peel and cut ginger into pieces.
Bring the water to a boil, but be careful: after turning off the heat wait a minute before adding the tea, as this variety at a temperature of 100 degrees would lose some of its organoleptic characteristics.
Then add the tea and leave to infuse for about 6/7 minutes. Add ginger and peach immediately and leave to cool to room temperature.  
Then place it in the fridge to cool.
